HGA is a great place for children to play and parents to relax! Please try to book your party at least two months in advance. Party times are available on Saturday and Sunday.

The Gym Party Experience
Parent and Me Party - 3 year olds
The Houston Gymnastics Academy offers Parent and Me Parties for 3 year olds. Along with parent involvement, our experienced coaching staff provides close supervision of all activities. The party starts with a musical warm-up. Party stations are set up in the gym including our state of the art pre-school area. One hour and ten minutes into the party, we break for cake and refreshments. We will assist you with the serving and clean up.
Ages 4+
Our experienced coaching staff provides close supervision of all activities. The party starts with a musical warm-up. The children are then divided into groups of 6-10, depending on age. Four stations are set up in gym, e.g. trampoline and obstacle course. The groups then rotate through each activity. The level of difficulty is set to the age and ability of the birthday child. One hour and ten minutes into the party, the children break for cake and refreshments. We will assist you with the serving and clean up.

You Provide:
Invitations, paper goods, refreshments, party favors and cake. *We provide balloons. Any of these items may be added your party as an A La Carte Item.

Please sign and bring a release form for yourself and guests.
* Children 3 years old and under are required to have adult supervision.
