PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are best used when an athlete needs to perfect or attain a specific skill or if the athlete does not do well in group classes. Private lessons are strongly encouraged for our competitive team athletes to attain/maintain specific skills.
All athletes must be registered members of the gym, have paid their annual registration fee, and maintain a valid credit card on file. Please download, complete, and bring the recreational packet found on the documents page with you to your athlete's first private. All forms must be completed annually June 1st.
If your athlete is not a current RA member, they must first book an assessment and turn in all required paperwork prior to scheduling their first private.
If you are interested in scheduling private lessons with one of our talented and experienced coaches, please call the office at (713) 668-6001 or stop by to fill out a Private Lesson Request Form. Once we have an understanding of your needs, goals and objectives, we can proceed with scheduling. Please note, private lessons will be scheduled between the coach and the client at all times.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
A registration form needs to be filled out by the student’s parent/guardian and turned in before the first private lesson. All students (new and returning) need to be current members and have paid the registration fee. Please check with the office if you are unsure about your membership status.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Private lessons may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Students/Parents need to advise the instructor if they wish to cancel. Front Office is not responsible for making cancellations. Any cancellations in less than 24 hours will be assessed at the discretion of the coach. If you do not show up to the private, you will still be responsible for completing payment.
